The project incorporated AI-powered guide wear monitoring and automatic lubrication systems, reducing downtime by 40%. Shennuo’s solution included 28 sets of high-speed sliding guides and 5 customized cooling chambers, achieving 0.02mm dimensional accuracy in final products
