Scheme 1:

New Bar and High-Speed Wire Rod Production Lines:

Stands 1H–10V in roughing and intermediate rolling will adopt flat-rolling (non-grooved rolling).

For the high-speed wire rod line, 1H–10V will also use flat-rolling, while 11H and subsequent stands will retain the original pass design and process parameters provided by MCC Capital Engineering & Research Incorporation Ltd.

The profile adjustment in intermediate rolling stands 7H–10V will be optimized to meet process requirements.

Scheme 2:

Roughing and Intermediate Rolling:

Stands 1H–10V will adopt grooved rolling, while the rest of the configuration remains consistent with the flat-rolling scheme (1H–10V).

The high-speed wire rod line will share the same 1H–10V stands with the bar production line to reduce roll inventory.

11H and subsequent stands will retain the original pass design and process parameters from MCC Capital Engineering & Research Incorporation Ltd.

The roll gap adjustment in intermediate rolling stands 7H–10V will be optimized to meet process requirements.
